目的:采用系统预试法对家蚕幼虫可能的化学成分进行预试验,初步探索家蚕幼虫的化学成分。方法:采用圆形滤纸层析预试法和试管预试法对家蚕幼虫的水提取液、95%乙醇提取液、乙醚提取液进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的显色反应或沉淀反应,对家蚕幼虫可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究。结果:家蚕幼虫含有生物碱类、黄酮类、酚类、内酯及香豆素类、鞣质、氨基酸、蛋白质、有机酸、糖及苷类、挥发油及油脂类成分。结论:初步确定家蚕幼虫含有多种有效成分,为进一步研究家蚕幼虫的生物活性成分及开发利用提供了实验基础。
OBJECTIVE: To preliminarily test the possible chemical components of silkworm larvae by systematic pre-test, and to explore the chemical constituents of silkworm larvae. Methods: The circular filter paper pre-test method and test tube pre-test method were used to study the aqueous extracts of silkworm larvae, 95% ethanol extract and ether extract. Through the color reaction of various indicators and color reagent or Precipitation reaction, the silkworm larvae may contain the chemical composition of a preliminary study. Results: The silkworm larvae contained alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, lactones and coumarins, tannins, amino acids, proteins, organic acids, sugars and glycosides, volatile oils and oils and fats. Conclusion: It is preliminarily determined that the silkworm larvae contain many active ingredients, which provide the experimental basis for further study on the bioactive components and development and utilization of silkworm larvae.
