我们从1987年开始对急性缺血缺氧性脑损害45例，在实施常规救治的同时应用高压氧治疗，取得了较好的疗效。1临床资料1．1一般情况本组男24例，女21例；年龄16～45岁，平均28岁。自缢22例，溺水10例，电击8例，窒息5例。有明显呼吸、心搏停止（心搏停止时间3～15min）记录音26例
We started from 1987 on acute hypoxic ischemic brain damage in 45 cases, in the implementation of conventional treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and achieved good results. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General This group of 24 males and 21 females; aged 16 to 45 years, mean 28 years. 22 cases of self-esteem, 10 cases of drowning, electric shock in 8 cases, asphyxiation in 5 cases. There are obvious breathing, asystole (asystole time 3 ~ 15min) recorded sound in 26 cases
