普通话是教师的职业语言。教师普通话水平的高低,直接关系到教育质量。中等师范学校的办学宗旨是培养合格的小学教师。掌握和使用普通话,是中等师范学校师生必备的教育教学素质,也是语言文明的重要标志。根据国家语委、国家教委、广播电影电视部《关于开展普通话水平测试工作的决定》要求,师范院校的教师和毕业生的普通话等级应达到一级或二级甲等水平。几年来,全省中等师范学校普通话教学、训练、测试工作,基本形成了较为科学的体系,积累了一些行之有效的工作方法和经验,开始走上了制度化、规范化、科学化轨道,具备了较为扎实的工作基础,取得了显著成效。
Mandarin is a teacher’s professional language. The level of teacher Mandarin is directly related to the quality of education. Secondary normal school’s mission is to train qualified primary school teachers. Mastery and use of Mandarin, teachers and students in secondary normal school teaching quality is essential, but also an important symbol of language civilization. According to the State Council, the State Education Commission, the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television’s “Decision on Putonghua Proficiency Test” required, teachers and graduates of normal universities should have a Putonghua level one or two. In recent years, the teaching, training and testing of Putonghua in secondary normal schools all over the province have basically formed a relatively scientific system and accumulated some effective working methods and experiences. They have embarked on a systematic, standardized and scientific track, A more solid foundation of work has achieved remarkable results.
