当前,150GZ型灌注泵的过流零件,多采用铸钢或球铁材质,由于其硬度低、基体组织差、抗磨料磨损性能不好,往往造成设备频繁返修或更换,浪费原材料和资金。为此,作者对适用该型灌注泵所需Cr15Mo3型高铬铸铁的新材料及其热处理工艺进行了研究,分析了Cr15Mo3型高铬铸铁的良好基体组织与性能;同时对过流零件在铸造中采用了下埋伏件的工艺方法,研制出改进型的灌注泵,通过现场试验,与同类泵效相比,提高15~20%。
At present, 150GZ-type perfusion pump over-current parts, and more use of cast steel or ductile iron, because of its low hardness, poor matrix organization, anti-abrasive wear performance is poor, often resulting in frequent repairs or replacement equipment, waste of raw materials and capital. Therefore, the author studied the new material and the heat treatment process of Cr15Mo3 high chromium cast iron required for this type of injection pump, and analyzed the good matrix structure and properties of Cr15Mo3 high chromium cast iron. At the same time, Adopt the process method of the under-ambush, developed the improved perfusion pump, through the field test, compared with the same pump efficiency, increased 15 ~ 20%.
