本文用自行设计制作的保压压实试验设备,就压实过程中型砂的蠕变规律进行了研究,型砂在定比压下保压压实时,变形随保压时间的增长而产生为量不大的增加,这种现象称做型砂的蠕变。型砂蠕变的速度随保压时间的增加逐渐减少,最后趋向于零。型砂的蠕变是由于砂粒表面的粘土膜在保压压实过程中的粘塑性变形而引起的。型砂蠕变的量值和保压时间、压实比压及型砂成分有关。本文根据实验数据,推导出了型砂蠕变的流变方程式。
In this paper, with self-designed packing compaction test equipment, the creep regularity of the molding sand in the compaction process was studied. The creep speed of sand gradually decreases with the increase of dwell time, finally tends to zero.
