关于焊缝中产生气孔的问题,很早就引起了焊接工作者的注意,因为气孔是焊缝中严重缺陷之一,它使焊缝机械性能变坏,又是造成应力集中的根源之一,影响了焊接接头在变载荷下的工作能力,同时也是破坏致密性的重要因素之一。从广义讲,产生气孔的主要原因,是由于高温金属熔化时,焊缝中吸收了过多的气体,当金属冷却凝固时,由于各种原因(如冷却较快,金属溶解气体的浓度突变等),气体不能全部逸出,残留在焊缝中便形成了气孔。近几年来我国焊接生产中,应用手工电弧焊仍然较普遍,在低碳钢结构焊接时,绝大部分是用钛——钙型的焊条,但在生产中曾产生过气孔的缺陷,如果不消除这种缺陷,对生产的影响是很大的。我们试图从研究中找到这种渣系焊条产生气孔的原因,以利生产的发展。研究工作很不全面,所得结论及结果错误之处,请同志们指正。限于篇幅,下面简要的介绍一些内容及分析:
