《苦斗》(见照图)是两棵(木米)槭树树根雕制成的人物形象组合,耐人寻味。作者从两方面表达了“苦斗”过程。一是把双方的苦斗场面定格于白热化阶段;一方双手互握,一方双手按住双膝,都是把拼搏的力点运向到手臂之上。看似处于停战状态,其实此时无声胜有声,双方都等待着该出手时就出手那一时刻的到来,刻划出了苦斗气氛的浓烈。二是把双方的苦斗神态定格于冥思苦索之中,一方正眼俯视,一方侧目凝
