各有关单位: 为贯彻落实《国务院关于加强基础设施工程质量管理的通知》精神,确保国家重点工程建设项目的质量,保证国家投资效益,鼓励施工企业争创优质工程。“国家工程建设质量奖审定委员会”决定继续开展国家优质工程评审活动。2003年度国家优质工程评审工作在各部门(行业)、各省、自治区、直辖市建设(建筑)协会推荐的基础上,经审定委员会办公室综合初审、专家组现场复查、“国家工程建设质量奖审定委员会”审定、并在“经济日报”上公示,最终审定吉粮赛力事达30万吨/年玉米深加工工程等54项工程为2003年度国家优质工程银质奖。现予以表彰。
