创业教育师资匮乏、创业教育课程体系不系统、创业教育服务体系不完善、创业教育管理组织亟待强化、未形成良好的创业环境是当前高职院校开展创业教育中存在的主要问题。开展创业教育的有效途径“四+一法”:“四个课堂”和“一个管理”的有机结合。
