本文以施氮量、施磷量和基本苗为试验因子。运用三因素五水平二次回归正交旋转组合设计试验所得的资料,建立了陕农7859产量、蛋白质含量、赖氨酸含量的回归方程,通过计算机模拟,筛选出了产量400公斤/亩,蛋白质含量16.0%,赖氨酸含量0.42%的栽培措施优化模式为:施氮量为11.21-16.48公斤/亩,施磷量为7.21-9.50公斤/亩,基本苗为13.73-17.31万/亩,文中还分析了各因素的产量效应,蛋白质含量效应和赖氨酸含量效应,对产量的影响顺序为:施氮量>施磷量>基本苗,对蛋白质含量和赖氨酸含量的影响均为施氮量>基本苗>施磷量。
