低碳建筑研究以往是建立在建筑全生命周期的基础上,对于已有的建筑方案进行碳排放的评估测算,然而在方案设计阶段确定各个建筑信息碳排放量的影响,可以从“源头”把整个碳排放量控制在一定范围内,避免由于建筑方案本身的缺陷,即使附加低碳措施也达不到碳排放要求。低碳设计并不仅仅局限于在后期叠加各种技术策略,再根据已有的策略测算碳排放量,而且要从方案根本就与碳排放紧密关联。在方案设计阶段设置低碳影响因子,通过模拟的手段可以得到不同因子的碳排放信息,从而在建筑方案形成前就对碳排放有所控制。
