新课程理念在继承传统成分基础上,鲜明确立了“以生为本、以学为主、以学促教”的新型教学关系,并倡导开展以认知为基础、以能力为核心和以情感为灵魂的“三维目标”教学活动。这是对素质教育形势下新课程活动作出的战略性指向和战术性指导。学校教育是人生之旅的奠基之作。在中职幼师专业英语教学过程中,教师应本着“以生为本、能力为重、全面发展”的指导思想,努力通过各类途径和方式,积极有效地开展常态化自主教学活动,为学生源源不断地输入正能量元素,为促进他们的可持续发展和终身发展打下坚实性基础。本文结合自身实践与思考,试对此作出一些抛砖引玉之论。
