目的:研究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)与阴茎癌的关系。方法:应用原位PCR技术对46例阴茎癌组织中的HPV16和HPV18DNA进行检测。结果:33例阴茎癌中检测到了HPVDNA(71.7%),其中29例HPV16DNA阳性(63.0%),6例HPV18DNA阳性(13.0%),2例HPV16和HPV18DNA均阳性,4例HPV18DNA阳性而HPV16阴性;2例淋巴结转移癌,3例癌旁不典型增生组织和1例癌旁增生组织HPV16DNA阳性。结论:阴茎癌与HPV16、HPV18感染有密切关系,原位PCR技术是一项敏感性高、特异性强的技术。
Objective: To study the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) and penile cancer. Methods: HPV16 and HPV18 DNA were detected in 46 cases of penile cancer by in situ PCR. RESULTS: HPV DNA (71.7%) was detected in 33 cases of penile carcinoma, of which 29 cases were positive for HPV16 DNA (63.0%), 6 cases were positive for HPV18 DNA (13.0%), 2 cases were positive for HPV16 and HPV18 DNA, and 4 cases were positive. HPV18 DNA was positive and HPV16 was negative; 2 cases of lymph node metastases, 3 cases of atypical hyperplastic tissue adjacent to cancer, and 1 case of hyperplasia of HPV16 DNA. Conclusion: Penile cancer is closely related to HPV16 and HPV18 infection. In situ PCR is a highly sensitive and specific technique.
