本文就选择性免疫抑制剂环孢霉素 A(CyA)对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)各临床症候、实验室检查结果的影响作一综述。并对 CyA 的用药方案及副反应作了相应介绍,阐述其在 SLE 治疗中的可能机理,评价 CyA 在 SLE 治疗中的地位。
This article reviews the effects of selective immunosuppressant cyclosporin A (CyA) on the clinical symptoms and laboratory findings of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). CyA drug regimens and side effects were introduced, and their possible mechanisms in SLE treatment were described, and the status of CyA in SLE treatment was evaluated.
