抗氯喹恶性疟在我国日益扩散,而海南岛的恶性疟继出现抗氯喹之后,近年来又出现抗喹哌的现象,个别地区还出现抗法西达和氨酚喹的迹象。因此,寻找治疗抗药性恶性疟的替换药物和用药方案已成为当务之急。我们在试用磷酸咯萘啶片或注谢液与周效磺胺、乙胺嘧啶配伍治疗恶性疟取得较好效果的基础上,又于1987年7～11月在抗药性恶性
