[目的]了解滕州市大中专学生对艾滋病基本知识知晓情况,为今后进行健康教育提供参考。[方法]2009年5月,对枣庄科技职业学院1080名大中专学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查1080人,艾滋病基本知识总知晓率为86.72%。艾滋病基本知识总知晓率,大专学生、中专学生分别为87.86%、81.35%(P<0.01);医学生、非医学生分别为90.61%、82.13%(P<0.01),女生、男生分别为87.61%、82.58%(P<0.01);来自城镇、农村的学生分别为86.88%、83.00%(P>0.05)。调查对象对艾滋病三大传播途径的知晓率均在90.00%以上,对部分非传播途径的知晓率在60.00%以下。获取艾滋病知识最主要的途径是网络、报刊和电视。[结论]大中专学生艾滋病基本知识知晓率较高,但不全面。
[Objective] To understand the situation of college students in Tengzhou about the basic knowledge of AIDS and provide reference for health education in the future. [Method] In May 2009, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1080 college students in Zaozhuang Science and Technology Vocational College. [Results] Of the 1,080 people surveyed, the total awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge was 86.72%. The total awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge was 87.86% and 81.35% respectively (P <0.01). The percentage of medical students and non-medical students were 90.61% and 82.13% (P <0.01) 87.61% and 82.58% respectively (P <0.01). The students from urban and rural areas were 86.88% and 83.00% respectively (P> 0.05). The rate of awareness among the respondents in the three major transmission routes of AIDS was above 90.00% and the rate of knowing some non-transmission routes was below 60.00%. The most important ways to acquire AIDS knowledge are the Internet, newspapers and television. [Conclusion] The awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge among college students in higher vocational schools is higher, but not comprehensive.
