庭审罕见离婚案 2003年5月26日,四川省卢县人民法院不公开审理了一件罕见的离婚诉讼案。原告罗利枚要求法院判离她与丈夫的婚姻关系。她的丈夫王时成却坚决不同意离婚,并向法院陈诉,他和妻子罗利枚从1993年结婚后关系一直很好,自己并无原告所说的性功能疾病。自己所患的轻微的头晕症完全是因为妻子怀孕后,没有经过他同意便私自引产,自己生气而患的此病。他还出示了一份医院的检验报告单,证明自己所患的疾病是神经损伤性头痛。为了弄清事情真实情况,法院只好休庭,对王时成是否患有性功能疾病进行鉴定。 2003年8月8日,法院走访和请教了相关专家后再次开庭。法院的调查表明王时成的性功能完全正常。罗利枚又在第二次开庭的时候,向法院提交了一份自己的处女膜完整的医院证明来证明被告在说谎,也就是说自己根本就没有怀过孕。法官谔然了,征得有关方面的同意,法庭委托卢县人民医院专人对罗利枚进行了妇科检查。结果表明:罗利枚与王时成虽然做了7年的名义夫妻,但只是形式上的而已。面对不可争议的有力证据,王时成知道自己与罗利枚的缘分因为自己顽固不化和狭隘思维已经到了尽头。最后,俩人在法庭的主持下达成了离婚协议,从而结束了他们长达9年的无性婚姻。
