我厂生产的桥梁I形、T形杆件,由于焊接变形,平直度差5~15毫米。过去靠人工校正,效率低、质量差、劳动强度大,满足不了铁路桥梁发展的需要。尤其是我厂承担的援外产品,根据设计要求制造的I形杆件,用原来的老办法根本无法校正调直。面对这种形势,钢梁车间立即组成了“三结合”革新小组,力争在援外桥梁投产之前攻破这道难关,做出大型钢结构I形、T形杆件校正机。“三结合”革新小组在“鞍钢宪法”光辉旗帜的指引下,奋发图强、自力更生,以顽强的革命精神克服了技术、设备上的困难,自行设计、制造成功大型结构钢I形、T形杆件
