有关刊标作品征集的声明1.应征作品必须是应征者按照本通知要求独立完成的原创作品,此前未以任何形式公开发表或使用过。应征作品不得侵犯第三方任何著作权、商标权、专有权利或者其他权利,否则,由此引发的一切责任由应征者承担。2.应征作品一经采用,其著作权、所有权、修改权、使用权等相关权益即全部永久性归《当代矿工》杂志所有,《当代矿工》杂志编辑部有权对其进行任何形式的修改、使用、开发、授权或保护等活动。3.本次刊标征集的解释权归《当代矿工》杂志编辑部。
