学校德育工作要取得较大的成功,取决于四个环节和谐统一的程度。因此,提倡小学和谐德育,就应遵循小学生思想品德形成发展规律,将“知、情、意、行”有机整合,实现四个环节和谐发展,以传授道德知识为基础,涵养道德情感为关键,培养道德意志作保证,把社会和谐意识转化为学生的个人意识,从而促使学生实践行为。
The great success of moral education in schools depends on the degree to which the four links are harmoniously integrated. Therefore, in order to promote moral education in primary schools, we should follow the formation and development of pupils’ ideology and morality and organically integrate “knowing, feeling, feeling and acting” to achieve harmonious development in all four aspects.
