在全面提高学生素质的教育中,思想品德教育是至关重要的。今天的中学生,是将来建设祖国的主力军,他们的思想道德素质决定着我们未来的社会面貌和民族精神。目前,学生在健康成长的过程中,我们必须看到有一定数量的令人担忧的“后进生”的存在,并有逐渐扩大的趋势。一些“后进生”终日无心向学,得过且过,甚至违反校规校纪,时常跑到校外网吧上网,更有甚者,还拉帮结派,打架斗殴,严重影响了学校的管理,损害了学校的声誉,在社会上造成不良影响。因此,如何做好“后进生”的思想转化工作,是我们面临的一个刻不容缓的艰巨任务。下面就“后进生”产生的原因及如何做好“后进生”的转化工作,结合自己多年的教育经验,本人谈几点浅见。
