高中体育教育对高中学生的身体健康、情商开发具有重要意义,但由于高中阶段的教学任务和教学压力,无论是学校、教师层面,还是社会和家长层面,高中体育课程都被摆放到了最不重要的学科行列之中。学生也迫于升学、教师和家长的压力,不得不放弃喜爱的体育运动项目,投入“题海”战场当中,对体育课程的兴趣在各方面的压力下逐年级递减。通过对开展学科之间交织的体育活动项目的研究,探索既能保障学生正常课业学习,又能激发高中学生体育学习兴趣的方法。
High school physical education is of great importance to the health of high school students and development of emotional intelligence. However, due to the teaching task and teaching pressure in high school, high school physical education curriculum has been put into the least at both school level, teacher level, social level and parent level Among the important disciplines. Under the pressure of further studies, teachers and parents, students have to give up their favorite sports and put them into battle. The interest in sports courses has been decreasing year by year under the pressure of various aspects. Through the research on the interdisciplinary sports activities between disciplines, this paper explores the methods that can not only ensure the students’ normal coursework but also stimulate the interest of high school students in physical education.
