选用4个冬小麦丰产亲本,4个优质亲本,采用品质改良中常用的4种杂交方式组配成16个遗传分离群体,借助于因子分折,对品质性状与产量性状之间的协变关系进行研究,研究结果表明:以高产、优质为目标的杂交后代分离群体中,一般在存着两个起主导作用的因子:籽粒产量因子和籽粒物理性状因子;高产和优质有两种矛盾表现形式:高产与优质间负向协变趋势的直接表现形式和由于籽粒品质的改善而导致千粒重、籽粒饱满性降低的间接表现形式;高千粒重、籽粒饱满性与高品质在同一植株上的合理结合是高产和优质这一育种目标实现的具体途径。
Four high-yielding winter wheat parents and four high-quality parents were selected and used to improve the co-evolutionary relationship between quality traits and yield traits by means of factor analysis. The results showed that there are two factors that play a leading role in segregating offspring of hybrid progeny with high yield and good quality: grain yield factor and grain physical trait factor. There are two contradictory forms of high yield and high quality: The direct manifestation of the negative covariation trend between high yield and good quality and the indirect form of 1000-grain weight and full grain due to the improvement of grain quality. The reasonable combination of high grain weight, grain fullness and high quality on the same plant is high yield And high quality breeding target to achieve a specific way.
