目的通过分析中青年高科技从业人员体重指数(BMI)及生化代谢指标对高血压的影响,为降低高血压的发病率提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,在健康检查人群中选择30~49岁中青年高科技从业人员4 157人,测量身高、体重、血压、血糖、肌酐、尿酸、血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂TG、高度蜜脂蛋白(HL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),计算BMI,采用SPSS 17.0软件建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果 4 157名高科技健康检查人员高血压总患病率为6.6%(274/4 157),多因素logistic回归分析显示HDK-C(OR=1.823)升高是高血压患病保护因素,年龄(OR=0.972)、BMI(OR=0.836)、TG(OR=0.11)和LDL-C(OR=0.337)增加是高血压患病的危险因素。结论中青年高科技从业人员应加强体育锻炼,降低肥胖的发生,定期健康检查,尽早发现生化代谢指标异常,减少高血压发病。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for reducing the incidence of hypertension by analyzing the influence of body mass index (BMI) and biochemical metabolic index on hypertension in young and middle-aged high-tech practitioners. Methods A total of 4 157 middle-aged and young high-tech practitioners aged 30-49 years were selected from the health check-up population by cluster sampling method. Height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, creatinine, uric acid, total cholesterol, triglyceride TG, (HL-C) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C). BMI was calculated and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results The total prevalence of hypertension in 4 157 high-tech health examiners was 6.6% (274/4 157). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HDK-C (OR = 1.823) was the protective factor of hypertension and age (OR = 0.972). The increase of BMI (OR = 0.836), TG (OR = 0.11) and LDL-C (OR = 0.337) were the risk factors of hypertension. Conclusion Young and middle-aged high-tech practitioners should strengthen physical exercise, reduce the incidence of obesity, regular health examination, early detection of abnormal biochemical metabolic indicators, reduce the incidence of hypertension.
