植物生长调节剂,是一些生理效应与天然植物激素相似的人工合成有机物,可有效地控制植物生长发育。近几年,笔者在春兰栽培中使用了植物生长调节剂,效果很不错。一、生长素对兰花生长的影响天然的植物生长索为β-吲哚乙酸等,在植物的根、茎等尖端产生。能促进某些RNA的合成,从而调节蛋白质的合成,进而调整植物的生长及分化。人工合成的生长素有萘乙酸和2·4—D等。 1.萘乙酸促进春兰分蘖和根的生长当温度为18~22℃时,春兰假鳞茎上的隐芽萌动。此时,取一定量的萘乙酸,配制成100ppm(注1)水溶液,用细嘴喷壶浇灌兰花,每周一次(视盆土干湿情况而定)。4~5周后与对比春兰相比,分蘖(新苗)粗壮,生长较快,而且长出了新根。而对照春兰分蘖生长较慢,且没有新根长出(一般情况下需分蘖叶展开后,
