本文基于2010—2014年北京对30个省市的技术创新扩散指数数据和2009—2013年中国各地区科技统计数据,借助引力模型的基本形式讨论扩散汇地区的技术创新实力、扩散汇地区与北京相对地理距离与技术创新扩散的关系。研究发现,一个地区充裕的创新资源、良好的知识创造能力,以及支持性的创新环境都利于接收来自北京的技术创新扩散。一个地区自身的企业创新能力和创新绩效较强可能会对来自北京的技术创新扩散需求降低。同时距离因素仍然不能忽略,地理距离和扩散汇地区人口因素共同影响成为跨区域互动的重要限制因素。
Based on Beijing’s data of diffusion of technological innovation in 30 provinces and cities in 2010-2014 and the statistics of science and technology in different regions of China in 2009-2013 from 2010 to 2014, this paper discusses the technological innovation capability of the region through diffusion based on the basic model of gravity model, Relationship between Relative Geographical Distance and Technological Innovation Diffusion. The study found that ample regional innovation resources, good knowledge creation capabilities, and supportive innovation environments are conducive to receiving the proliferation of technological innovations from Beijing. A region’s own strong ability to innovate and innovate may reduce demand for the diffusion of technological innovation from Beijing. At the same time, the distance factor still can not be neglected. The common influence of geographical distance and population factors in the area of diffusion have become an important limiting factor of cross-regional interaction.
