1960～1962年困难时期,全国食品严重缺乏,大家都在为如何渡过难关积极想办法。上海市、江苏省等南方地区的一些孤儿院因为粮食匮乏而陷入了困境,3000余名幼小的孤儿营养不良,患病人数越来越多。内蒙古人民以博大的胸怀接受并养育了这些孤儿。
During the difficult period from 1960 to 1962, there was a serious shortage of food in the country and everyone was actively seeking ways to weather the storm. Some orphanages in the southern areas of Shanghai and Jiangsu provinces have been in trouble because of food shortages. More than 3,000 young orphans have malnutrition and more and more people are suffering from the disease. Inner Mongolia people have broad-minded acceptance and raising these orphans.
