目前较多采用的套筒式或多管式钢内筒烟囱的制晃装置通常为刚性支承形式.我国现行《烟囱设计规范》(GB 50051-2002)对制晃装置的计算采用了具有一定实践经验的较为保守的公式,未较准确地考虑支承点作用方向不同及偏心对支撑环受力产生的影响.根据刚性制晃装置的受力特性,制晃装置的计算方法采用结构力学的基本原理和方法,针对两点及4点受力模式推导了相应的计算公式,为工程应用提供了可行的计算方法,并已被正在修编的《烟囱设计规范》(征求意见稿GB50051-201X)所采纳.
