1997年第6期我们曾刊出一位读者提出的问题:1105、S1100和195等型柴油机的排气门为什么经常卡死?如何防止?与此同时,我们摘登了此前(1996年第8期)本刊发表的刘巨文同志的一篇短文作答,并广泛征求解决此类故障的更好的经验。该短文认为引起气门杆卡死的主要原因是:靠近气门头部的气门杆温度高、润滑条件差以及导管间积碳;防止措施为:将靠近气门头部的导管内径,从端部起至10mm处,在原来的基础上扩大1mm。此后(1997年第9期)本刊又发表了李桂荣同志的一篇短文,略谓:S195型柴油机机油指示器下边的油孔堵塞后,气门杆与导管得不到润滑就会卡死,将油孔用铁丝捅通,一切就正常了。本期我们摘要刊登自问题提出后陆续收到的对该问题的讨论文章。
