介绍了由二级服务器传输跟踪控制数学模型和基于Profibus-DP现场总线技术的西门子S7-400 PLC DCS控制系统共同构成的钢板热处理传输并信号跟踪仿真系统。该系统以精确的交流变频伺服传动和分布式物料实时传输位置的监测校正装置为基础,不仅实现了钢板传输位置的信号模拟仿真跟踪和控制,而且通过与热处理炉加热燃烧控制系统、淬火机及水处理控制系统的数据信息交互,实现完美的热处理工艺处理执行,同时利用摆动传输方式实现连续批量式加热及炉膛容积与热能源的充分利用,进行高效节能生产。经过在线热处理的钢板产品,不仅各项力学性能指标测试数据优良,而且外观板形良好,特别是加工难度最大的淬火板,无需再加工处理。
The mathematical model of the secondary server transmission tracking control and the simulation system of heat treatment transmission and signal tracking of the steel plate which are composed by Siemens S7-400 PLC DCS control system based on Profibus-DP field bus technology are introduced. The system based on accurate AC frequency conversion servo drive and distributed monitoring device for real-time transmission of material not only realizes the signal simulation and tracking and control of the transmission position of the steel plate, but also realizes the control of the combustion control system, Water treatment control system data exchange information to achieve the perfect heat treatment process implementation, while using swing transmission mode to achieve continuous batch heating and full utilization of furnace volume and thermal energy for energy efficient production.
