根据饱和介质的物理化学特性,对扩散饱和方法与方式作的最全面的分类已见诸文献。根据这个分类,扩散饱和的种种过程可按被使用的覆层形成方法与方式而加以分组。按照该分类法,依饱和介质(相)形式的差异而划分为四种扩散饱和方法:气体法、汽相法、液体法和固体法。目前采用的覆层形成方式如下:接触式和非接触式涂覆,真空中的覆层涂覆,盐类、酸类和金属的熔融物中的涂覆,涂着膏剂和悬胶体进行的饱和(浮渣法)。表格列出了对不同扩散饱
According to the physicochemical properties of saturated media, the most comprehensive classification of methods and modes of diffusion saturation has been seen in the literature. According to this classification, diffusion-saturation processes can be grouped by the method and mode of coating formation used. According to this classification, according to the difference of saturated medium (phase) forms, it is divided into four kinds of diffusion saturation methods: gas method, vapor phase method, liquid method and solid method. Currently used coating formation methods are as follows: contact and non-contact coating, coating in vacuum coating, coating in salts, acids and metals in melts, application of ointments and suspensions to saturation (Scum method).
