经济建设是全党的工作中心,也是乡镇政府的工作中心。改革开放的不断深入,要求我们培养和造就一大批懂经济、会管理的人才。大胆选拔经济建设人才进入党政领导班子,已是刻不容缓。
Economic construction is the center of work for the entire party and the center of work for township and town governments. The continuous deepening of reform and opening up requires us to cultivate and bring up a large number of talented people who understand the economy and will be managed. It is an urgent matter to boldly select the talents for economic construction and enter the party and government leading bodies.
