系统性组织肥大细胞病国内仅有个别报告,而合并骨骼广泛大理石样改变者,国内尚未见报导,国外亦属罕见。现将见到的一例报告如下,并结合有关文献,对组织肥大细胞和系统性组织肥大细胞病略加讨论。 病例报告 例 马××,女,41岁,塑料厂工人,住院号154038。因低热、气憋、左侧胸痛50余天,于1978年6月13日入院。
