Helper T cells (T h cells) are a class of important immunoregulatory cells involved in the immune response in the body. T h cell precursor T h0 cells can differentiate into T h1 / T h2 two dominant subtypes, respectively, to produce different cytokines. The imbalance of T h1 / T h2 cytokines plays an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic HBV infection and the use of extrinsic T h -related cytokines can correct the body to a certain extent
