针对舞蹈教育的美育功能,著名舞蹈教育家吕艺生教授曾提出“舞蹈教育要面向全体学生”。舞蹈教育作为艺术教育的一部分,它融合了音乐、美术、文学、戏剧等多种艺术成分在其中,是实施素质教育的重要手段和途径之一。普及型舞蹈教育制度,是一种将舞蹈教育渗透在普通教育中的制度。它与普通教育同步进行,教育覆盖面很宽。这种制度对于提高全民舞蹈文化水平,提高普通受教育者的审美能力和艺术创造力,对于开发青少年的智力有着深远的战略意义,美国是这种类型的主要代表。
For the aesthetic education function of dance education, famous dance educator Professor LvYiSheng put forward “Dance education should be for all students”.
