在玉环县小环境下观察,建设海水淡化系统给华能玉环电厂带来的综合效益,远远大于使用市政供水系统华能玉环电厂海水淡化系统,是目前我国已建成规模最大的海水淡化项目,它采用具有世界先进水平,国内最大规模的“双膜法”海水淡化工艺.日产水量34560吨。投产两年多来.运行情况良好,已经生产淡水1 800万吨,相当于玉环当地水库的满库容量。
