目的探讨输入袢综合征的多层螺旋CT表现。方法回顾分析6例经多层螺旋CT诊断为输入袢综合征、并经手术证实。结果 6例输入袢综合征CT主要表现为扩张的输入袢位于上腹部横行于腹主动脉前方及肠系膜上动静脉后方,梗阻部位位于胃空肠吻合口周围。其中,3例伴有胰胆管扩张,2例伴胰腺炎改变。结论多层螺旋CT能准确诊断输入袢综合征,有助于临床及时手术治疗。
Objective To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT findings of 袢 syndrome. Methods Retrospective analysis of 6 cases of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of imported syndromes, and confirmed by surgery. Results Six cases of 袢 syndrome CT mainly manifested as expansion of the input 袢 located in the abdomen transverse to the front of the abdominal aorta and superior mesenteric artery and veins, obstruction located in the gastrojejunostomy anastomosis around. Among them, 3 cases with pancreaticobiliary dilatation, 2 cases with pancreatitis change. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT can accurately diagnose the syndrome of enteropathies, which is helpful for the timely clinical treatment.
