巴基斯坦是比较贫穷的第三世界国家,教育经费约占国家生产总值的1.7％。尽管如此,巴基斯坦政府仍然顺应世界教育的发展潮流,依据本国的国情,推动中学普通教育与职业教育的一体化趋势。 一、基本思路与基本政策 基本思路 巴基斯坦推动普通教育与职业教育一体化基于下列思路: ——职业教育是国家经济发展的先决条件。教育应该与经济发展的需求结合起来,与就业市场的需求结合起来。职业教育应该与普通教育融为一体,学校课程应该充分体现职业教育的内容。
Pakistan is a poorer third world country with education funding accounting for about 1.7% of its GDP. Nevertheless, the Pakistani government is still in line with the development trend of world education and, according to its own national conditions, promotes the trend of integration of general education and vocational education in secondary schools. I. Basic Ideas and Fundamental Policies Basic Pakistan's promotion of the integration of general education and vocational education is based on the following ideas: - Vocational education is a prerequisite for the economic development of the country. Education should be integrated with the needs of economic development and with the needs of the job market. Vocational education should be integrated with general education, school curriculum should fully reflect the content of vocational education.
