知识经济时代,对人才的需求和质量要求越来越高,人事管理变得越来越重要。对广播电视台来说,人事管理的出发点是人,根本目标是充分调动员工的积极性,实现人职的完美匹配,这就意味着人事管理与思想政治工作是密切相关的。目前,由于多种因素的影响,广播电视台人事管理中还面临一些困境,已成为制约广播电视事业持续健康发展的重要因素,因此探讨如何改进广播电视台人事管理,已成为一个急需思考的重要问题。
In the age of knowledge-based economy, the demand and quality of qualified personnel are getting higher and higher, and personnel management becomes more and more important.
