多数生物是以24小时或近似24小时为周期而显示出明显的昼夜节律。昼夜节律控制着觉醒与睡眠的更替,即使在全天照明或黑暗的环境条件下也照常运行。尽管在无光照条件下,昼夜节律也能自由运行,但光照对于该节律的设置调整则具有重要作用。通过温度改变、人工光照或人工黑暗条件,监测生物的生理、生化等活动是否会随昼夜节律的改变而发生变化。本文主要就纤细裸藻在温度或光照等条件的改变下,其细胞分裂周期、酶活性、芳香族氨基酸代谢等生理生化活性变化进行了综述。
Most organisms show a clear circadian rhythm based on a 24-hour or approximately 24-hour cycle. The circadian rhythm controls the alternation of wakefulness and sleep, even in daytime lighting or dark ambient conditions. Although circadian rhythms are also free to move in the absence of light, lighting is an important part of adjusting the rhythm settings. Through the temperature changes, artificial light or artificial dark conditions, biological monitoring of biological, biochemical and other activities will change with the circadian rhythm changes. In this paper, we mainly reviewed the changes of the physiological and biochemical activities such as cell division cycle, enzyme activity and aromatic amino acid metabolism under the conditions of temperature or light irradiation.
