教学秘书是高校教务管理活动中最基层的管理者与服务者,艺术学科的特殊性及师生的独特个性和艺术特质对从事教务管理工作的教学秘书提出了更高的要求。本文从教学秘书的工作职责入手,详细分析了艺术类专业教学秘书工作特点,并提出了提高艺术类专业教学秘书工作水平的具体措施。
Teaching secretaries are the most basic managers and servants in the educational administration activities of colleges and universities. The specialties of arts disciplines and the unique personality and artistic qualities of teachers and students put forward higher requirements on teaching secretaries engaged in educational administration. This article starts with the job duties of teaching secretary, analyzes the characteristics of teaching secretary of art specialty in detail, and puts forward concrete measures to improve the working level of teaching secretary of art specialty.
