随着经济全球化的不断推进,科学技术不断推进着企业生产力的发展。汽车零配件企业作为汽车行业的基础产业为汽车行业的发展提供技术支持,越来越受到人们的关注。目前,我国汽车零配件企业发展还不够成熟,在企业结构,管理体制,风险控制等内部控制环节上都存在不足之处,制约着汽车零配件企业的快速发展。针对汽车零配件企业中存在的相关问题进行分析讨论,从企业内部控制制度出发制定出相关的改善策略促进汽车零配件企业的发展。
With the continuous promotion of economic globalization, science and technology continue to promote the development of enterprise productivity. As a basic industry in automobile industry, auto parts enterprises provide technical support for the development of automobile industry and attract more and more people’s attention. At present, the development of auto parts enterprises in China is still not mature enough. There are some shortcomings in the internal control of enterprise structure, management system and risk control, which restrict the rapid development of auto parts enterprises. According to the analysis and discussion of the related problems existing in the automobile spare parts enterprises, the related improvement strategies are formulated from the internal control system to promote the development of the automobile spare parts enterprises.
