医疗纠纷是指医患双方对诊疗护理后果及其原因的认定发生争议,是医疗质量不高的表现,如何处理好医疗纠纷,是每个医院面临的难题,也是医院质量管理工作的一项重要内容。近年来,随着医疗事故处理办法的实施,患者及家属自我保护意识的增强,医疗纠纷有逐年上升的趋势,并且处理难度也越来越大。本文结合在处理医疗纠纷工作中的体会,建议在医疗纠纷处理工作中,应抓住其主要特点,建立一定的约束机制,依法处理,提高死亡病人的尸解率,加强医务人员的医德医风教育和法制教育,合理地处理医疗纠纷,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
