河北、安徽、山东、四川、贵州、云南6省现场交通违法即日起可在省外缴纳罚款。为进一步服务广大机动车驾驶人,解决跨省异地缴纳交通违法罚款不便利的问题,公安部、财政部、中国人民银行在深入调研论证并完成相关业务系统升级改造和联网调试的基础上,决定自2015年7月1日起,在河北、安徽、山东、四川、贵州、云南6省开展跨省异地缴纳交通违法罚款试点。
Traffic violations in six provinces of Hebei, Anhui, Shandong, Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan provinces can be fined immediately outside the province from now on. In order to further serve the majority of motor vehicle drivers and solve the inconvenience of cross-provincial payment of traffic fines in different places, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance and the People’s Bank of China, on the basis of in-depth investigation and demonstration and completion of upgrading, networking and commissioning of relevant business systems, Since July 1, 2015, pilot provinces and municipalities have been set up in different provinces of Hebei, Anhui, Shandong, Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan provinces to pay traffic fines.
