聊城市骨干排涝河道经70年代初期大规模疏浚治理后,形成集排涝、防洪、蓄水灌溉为一体的防洪工程体系,经过20多年的运行,由于淤积、主槽边坡坍塌,使干流防洪排涝能力比原设计降低了40%~70%。为准确地反映现状条件下各干流河道的防洪排涝能力、以对可能发生的洪水进行科学调度,本文对漳卫河、徒骇河、马颊河3条河道行洪能力进行了对比分析。
