The Wujiang literati literature, especially the middle and upper reaches of the Wujiang literati literature, is accompanied by the rise of the Wujiang Salt and Pepper Road. It is the result of the prosperous Wujiang shipping and the integration of foreign cultures, and is also an integral part of the splendid Wujiang culture. Studying it seriously will have a far-reaching impact on literary creation of later literati in Wujiang.
