本文首次用激光作激励光源,在P型硅片上成功地进行了光电化学成像沉积,得到层次清晰的图像。该沉积系统可望作为一种新的可擦除图像记录器。同时本文对该体系的液-固结特性进行了研究,对影响成像沉积质量的因素进行了讨论。
In this paper, the first laser as the excitation light source, the P-type silicon wafer successfully carried out the photoelectrochemical imaging deposition, to get a clear image. The deposition system is expected as a new erasable image recorder. At the same time, the liquid-solidification characteristics of the system were studied in this paper, and the factors affecting the quality of imaging deposition were discussed.
