制备可用于选择性激光烧结成形的覆膜钼粉,并用SLS技术成形了制件。在真空炉中对成形件进行了后处理试验,得到了脱脂、预烧结、渗金属的最佳工艺,制得了符合性能要求的渗铜件。对渗铜件的微观形貌和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,渗铜件性能得到了明显提高,孔隙率为3.2%,密度为9.68g/cm3,抗拉强度为480~490 MPa,伸长率为12.1%~12.7%,冲击韧度为14.1~14.8kJ·m-2。
A coated molybdenum powder that can be used for selective laser sintering was prepared, and the workpiece was formed by SLS technology. In the vacuum furnace after the shaped parts were tested for post-processing, degreasing, pre-sintering, the best technology to infiltrate the metal, prepared in line with the performance requirements of copper infiltration. The microstructure and mechanical properties of copper infiltration parts were studied. The results show that the properties of copper infiltrated parts are obviously improved. The porosity is 3.2%, the density is 9.68g / cm3, the tensile strength is 480 ~ 490 MPa, the elongation is 12.1% ~ 12.7% and the impact toughness is 14.1 ~ 14.8 kJ · m-2.
