以人为本、执纪为民是纪检监察机关贯彻落实立党为公、执政为民的必然要求,是党的群众路线在纪检监察工作中的集中体现。反腐倡廉坚持以人为本,就是要坚定“群众利益无小事”的政治立场和政治态度,把尊重人、理解人、爱护人贯穿于工作始终。
