一、2011年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况(一)国民经济实现平稳协调发展。全面加强经济综合调控和调度,努力推动经济向内涵增长有序转变。经济运行的稳定性逐步增强。按照调结构、转方式的战略取向,主动加大产业结构调整和房市、车市调控,首钢主流程实现停产,住房市场向居住属性回归,内需拉动更趋协调。制定实施本市价格调控方案,居民消费价格涨幅收窄,价格过快上涨势头得到初步遏制。经济效益与质量不断提升。
